What did I get?! NOTHING. Billed me over $400 for 6 days of boarding to come back to a very, very sick dog ($90 overcharge that I have not received back + no offer to refund any part of their stay), jumbled communication from staff and management that did not align, $300+ in pet bills for the week, loss of one full day and several additional hours of work for the week, and emotional distress because I seriously thought my dog was dying, he was that sick. My heart was hurting for him so bad seeing the pain he was in.
