I love Lucy! Really I do. She does the best highlights I have ever had. She also can straighten my hair perfectly with only a dryer and a brush. She is so good! Pros: Lucy, Lucy, Lucy and the parking Cons: Reception has a high turnover. They aren't always on top of it. more
