I have dined at The Station numerous times with friends and family and have found EVERY experience to be rewarding of the decision to return. The food is consistent and superb. A diverse variety within the menu ensures a treasure for every palate. Waitstaff in a college town, and the turnover therewith, is forgiven. The kids are learning to be more that waitrons, for which I applaud them. I love college TOWNS and all that they have to offer, especially the eclectic spots like this. You won't find such a delightful restaurant in Charlotte or Atlanta. The acoustics are not dampened, but get over it. You can only do so much with a renovated service station and maintain the character of the architecture. Dining at The Station is an experience to be be remembered and repeated. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the servings. By the way, the person referencing ChicFilet was reviewing the wrong restaurant.
Pros: Variety, Consistency, Value
Cons: Limited lot parking, but worth the walk from street parking
