My son was referred to an ENT for bleeding in his ear canal and Dr. Lippincott was wonderful with him. He explained everything before he even started and talked to my son, leaving me to fill in the blanks. He was very reassuring that there wasn't a serious problem and even followed up to be sure. The staff was warm and friendly.
