I just got off the phone after having talked with your unbelievably competent Giselle. I was a nervous wreck when I called, but by the time I got through talking with the young lady, I began to realize that there is light after this tunnel. This tunnel is my agent and his assistant at the office in Itasca. They are both a nightmare, and I say this without hesitation because we have been State Farm customers for over twenty-five years, close to thirty actually, and I think my previous agent and his extremely competent assistants in the Itasca office had us spoiled rotten. Actually, no, not spoiled, just very, very fine service, and we took it for granted that all State Farm personnel were equally competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. Boy, was I wrong.
