Laurie and Shana were a tag team of knowledge and worked so hard to help us maximize discount, and get update coverfages, we had not modified in 15 years, thank you, thank you, and we saved money!!!! The girls took time over several appointments to help us set up our coverage and get a life insurance plan set up that meets our family needs!!! And is affordable!!!!, Thanks!!! more

Detailed and Compassionate 3/24/2009

Shana and Laurie have provided me with excellent service! As someone who moves frequently for my career, this is the first agency that has taken the time to not only review my insurance policies, but to explain them to me. We made adjustments to my coverage based on life changes and actually decreased my monthly payments while increasing my coverage. Shana is terrific at answering my questions, taking the time to ensure my complete understanding of the products and services available. Shana seems to be available day or night, regardless of the day. The service from her office is the best I have ever experienced, and we have moved around the country A LOT! She and her office always go the extra mile and it means a lot to me to know she is taking care of things for us! more

We just moved to the bay area and we were from a state that the insurance worked so differently. Thank you to Shana's office for going over everything with us very helpful, and we were also able to save money. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. more

I now know why I have insurance 12/29/2007

I am so grateful for the time Shana's office took with me in explaining how the coverages work and her office helped so I was not paying for the same coverage in 2 places. I have had insurance on my own for 20 years and no one has ever taken the time to explain it to me. I saved money and even started a mutual fund with an old 401k that I never rolled from a previous employer, WHO knew State Farm could help with that too? Thank you to Laurie and Shana for all their help and patience. more
