I had questions about my policy and felt like I wasn't getting the help I needed. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone also there were fees I wasn't told about. It's like they don't wanna mention certain things to a customer when changes are made to their policy that would benefit State Farm, then you'll only notice the difference on your BILL!!! I am not gonna tolerate people that do business that way! Shauna Hopkins Is the lead agent in that office She was so analytical!!!! It was like she wanted to battle on the phone with me like I am not a paying customer. She's definitely unprofessional. Again I am a paying customer the way I was treated its no way anyone should have to go through that. I'm paying my money and I definitely should not have to go through this. I'm switching because I'm not getting the respect I deserve.
