Don Tipps has been my agent for over 15 years. He has always kept me posted as to new changes and any other issues I need to know. When I have had a claim it has been handled quickly and efficiently. Sometimes you need to call the office and I do not hesitate to do that, since his staff is always so friendly and helpful. This may sound silly, but I have always believed your insurance is only as good as your agent. more

Reliable 9/2/2015

Used State Farm for over 6 years and been happy with our agent. We recently had a claim and the rep handled it well. Glad to see State Farm on Judy's Book. more
