Personal attention to my and my husband's insurance needs 7/13/2011

I have been with State Farm for over 30 years for car insurance and homeowner's insurance, and more recently life insurance. When my agent moved about 2 years ago, I chose to work with Mimi Lam who impressed me most with her personal attention to my and my husband's needs. She reviewed our policies, made recommendations to reduce our costs as well as improve our coverage, and confirmed our trust and confidence in State Farm as our insurance provider. Professional & Polite 6/13/2011

Just wanted to let you know that when I went out to my car last Thursday and it wouldn't start, I remembered that I had road side service through State Farm. I called, found out what to do, and Called Dunn's who was recommended. He came, gave me the start, explained what to do then and if I a a problem the next day. He was thorough, professional, and polite. I had no further problems. Thank you so much for getting me going and for how easy it was for me. more
