If you do decide to go with Corwin Robison, be sure to ask HIM (and not his staff) important questions. I was given flat out wrong information several times by his staff, only to have Corwin step in and correct them.
There have been several instances where I'm told one thing, and then a few weeks later I'm told a different thing from the SAME agent. I learned quickly not to trust what he said, as even he couldn't keep track of the information coming out of his mouth. Moreover, he would have no memory (or notes) from our previous conversations.
Should you call or email, don't expect a response in a timely manner. Overall, the feeling is that he's staffed by slightly lazy dullards. I'm switching to a company that has better rates, a more attentive staff, and whose company has a higher rating from both Consumer Reports and JD Power. Good luck!
