Went to the local office to continue my auto claim.I had dealt with the accident/claim people over the phone--they were great!!Had Erica scan in my receipt for the work done to fix one problem.One issue was not fixed,but we got that ball rolling and ALL will be up to snuff soon!!They walked me through the steps,and asked questions and helped me understand the next syeps,etc.Spoke with you,not at you!!Explained everything so I could grasp what would occur and the time frame,etc.
All in all,a GREAT experience!!They are my insurer of choice!!
