I've been working with Mimi Lam for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about her and her company, State Farm. Before working with Mimi, I didn't realize there were insurance professionals out there who would actually establish a relationship with their clients and work with them closely to provide the most appropriate level of coverage. Mimi is just that person. She is a true professional. She takes the utmost care in educating her clients and making them feel comfortable with their coverage. She is also very responsive. It's a pleasure to have a problem and be able to talk to Mimi within a very short time. I can't recommend Mimi highly enough. more

We have employed the service of Statefarm agent, Mimi Lam, for our long-term care insurance. The past two year, ont lnly does Mimi been very supportive on answering all our questions with clarity in a prompt manner, she also recommended products based on our needs and suitability. Her honesty and high ethical value are much appreciated. more

Mimi Lam, State Farm Insurance Agent is extremely helpful, professional and honest to work with. Her agency including her staff are all excellent to work with and are very knowledgeable in all different financial services products such as Auto, Home, Life, IRA, Loans, etc. I've been a policyholder with Mimi since 2004. Even though I live in S. CA, but the convenience of working with Mimi marks no geographic boundaries. more

Mimi has been our insurance agent for six years. She is very experienced, acompetent and easy-going. Whenever we have an insurance related question or problem, she was always there to help us out in a responsive and practical way. more

Totally satisfied and happy with Mimi's agency 2/15/2011

I have used Mimi for over 3 years now. She is always helpul. Explains in detail how my policies work and why I should have them. She has never used high pressure sales techniques and the few times I have made claims she has personally walked me through the process. I am very satisfied with the Company and Mimi personally. more
