Her mission claims ""We will provide quality customer service to clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Our client's needs are our priority."" This is a joke! Neither she nor her staff have been able to write my policy correctly, even after they were given explicit, step by step instructions. They also do not send insurance information to potential employers in a timely manner, nor do they return phone calls or emails promptly (mostly never). \r
I have been a customer of State Farm since 1993, beginning with the Bob Robinson Agency. When Dean and Bob ran that office, I NEVER had an issue and I got follow-up phone calls to let me know that they had completed the job that I requested. \r
I love the coverage that State Farm gives me, but Lenore's office is not user friendly. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent if you are considering her as your insurance agent.
