State Farm

Wow!!!!!! I am so thankful that State Farm, Erik's office , was our insurance company when we had water damage in our condo. Even though I live in the Midwest, it didn't matter how far away, everything was taken care of without be ever being present. My son was the only contact in Phoenix. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Once I called the office State Farm took control and remolded our condo for us. I received numerous phone calls requesting our input. I would like to thank the main office for their quick response, Shad, Charolette, Susan and Debbie for their great efforts to make this a very easy tranistion for me. I would highly recommend State Farm for insurance coverage that is needed. Once again thanks for everything you folks did for us. Erik, you should be very proud of the team of experts you have, from the office staff to the field staff. Can't be beat. more

I have always found the staff at Erik's agency to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They take care of my needs and seem to really put forth an effort to help in any situation. The office is clean, open and has a good, friendly vibe when you walk in. Don't hesitate to try this place out. more

I am single parent and needed help moving furniture into my home. I mentioned this to Eric when I was in his office and he offered to help me. He spent the next Saturday, the entire day, helping me move. I guess this is what is meant by ""Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is There"". Eric sure was there for me and my kids. more

I have been involoved with the Langhofer Agency for many years. I have nothing but high praise for Eric and his staff. They are willing to go the extra mile to take care of their clients. I sent a request online for a quote. This location will not do online quotes, this was the first thing that seemed quite ancient considering today's technology in businesses. When that did not work, I went else where. The next issue was it took over 2 weeks for someone to finally respond to the email that the online tool did send. The lost straw with Langhofer's Agency was when they were not actually reading what I was asking for and started giving me much more information than I had asked. She kept asking for my roommate's information even after I told TWICE I was trying to move and get off the policy with my roommate. After 5 emails of asking for help with just a quote (as I informed I am trying to find the best rate,) they stopped responding. I would dread having a claim with this agency, because they are liable to screw that up, too. Lord help you!! Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
