Best agent ever! Love that they treat you like family. My parents are also with them. We have had them since 2006! Amazing service and over 40 years experience between them all in the industry. I worked in insurance before I had my kids...trust me, you want that in your agency (no matter where you end up going).. They get things done, care and go above the call of duty. You can't make everyone happy (as you can tell by the first reviewer), but they certainly try. We lived in CO and I just couldn't bring myself to change anything, but my cars. I just trusted they'd take such good care of me and my family it was hard to switch...even to another State Farm agent. We have since come back to FL and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else ;) more

I had one of their agents, my agent leave me a nasty email and voice mail because I sent her an email questioning why they took too much money out of my account. I tried calling Mr. Peters to explain to him why I was so un happy and he had the agent call me back...I don't want to talk to her...I wanted to talk to him. I have emailed him...no return email I called his office 8 times yesterday. This man will not talk to me. This is not a man that cares about his customers. Cons: Very hateful Agents more
