Absolutely horrible customer service. Manny Morin is either the busiest insurance agent or just thinks he doesn't need to speak with his clients. The employees that work there are easily some of the most dim-witted people on the planet. They can't figure out whether Mr. Morin is in a meeting, out to lunch or on a plane. The excuses they give would be hilarious if I wasn't calling because I actually needed to speak to my insurance agent (what a shock!).
