Nice people and good insurance 3/17/2011

We switched to this State Farm office 5 years ago, when they were still at the other office. We don't tend to hop around with insurance companies because I have learned that when people know you, they try a little harder to make you happy. And that's the case with our experience with this office. Patty has been our rep for a long time and she knows us and our family by name. Over the years, we have added life insurance and a retirement plan, both were less than $30 per month and our premiums have not gone up much. Overall, I think they're a good office and do a good job. Can't complain. more

I'm Happy With Their Service 12/23/2010

I’ve had a couple of policies with this agency for years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the representatives. In fact, I had an accident today, right before they were closing for Christmas, and they took care of everything very quickly so that I would not have to wait until Monday. No complaints here. I think they do their job well and I, for one, like them a lot. We’ve always been able to count on them to handle the details when there has been an emergency. They really went the extra mile today and I decided to leave them a good note here because I feel they deserve it. more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 7/12/2010

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! There is never anyone available to help you, they are rude and extremely discourteous!\r \r They increased my premium after a year and a half without notifying me and couldn't even explain why. When I refused to call back and had them place me on hold til someone was ""available"" a young girl who didnt know CRAP couldn't even tell me what kind of a vehicle I had on file!! \r \r ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! Go to another agaent! These people are money hungry and treat their customers like dogs! more

Bad Customer Service 9/3/2009

Their service is horrible, their reps are very rude. They want to hurry and get you off the phone. They should not carry on more new business if they can not keep up with customer service for the old customers. \r The give you no information to try to save money somehow. Greed is the word that comes to mind when I speak to them. more

They are all about brining in new business and unless you are going to continue adding products with them they might as well not waste their time with you. more
