Best Agent I Have Ever Had! 6/3/2011

I have three autos and my home insured with Helen, I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. My last two years have been the worst for my driving, more then one accident. Helen helped my thorough the process of having my car repaired after the first company did not do a good job. Her office staff is also the best around. I recommend her to everyone I know. more

Helen is the best. She has saved my clients thousands of dollars over the years. Not only is Helen available at the drop of a hat, her staff is efficient and easy to work with. more

Unreliable 3/24/2011

They tried to take advantage of me. Although (or because) I have very little personal property they INSISTED that it is impossible for them to cover my personal property for less then $20k. They offered the most futile coverage possible. I called another insurance agent and he adjusted my insurance to suit my needs. more
