When I think of State farm and my local agent John Chason I think of customer service. If I walk in or call with a question they take care of me immediately, and it is obvious that he cares about what is best for me. more

I've been with John and State Farm Insurance for many years. He is very down to earth and tries so hard to make sure that you are doing okay. If anything ever comes up, he is right there for me. I couldn't be more satisfied and I would never think of going anywhere else. - D.H. - more
