Very Friendly 12/14/2011

i had a really bad experience with a previous insurance company, they had the worst customer service ever. i came here because its close to my apartment..they were very friendly and helped me understand all my coverages. i havent had any problems here so far and i appreciate being able to talk to the staff instead of holding for an 800 number. more

Genuinely nice and helpful staff…got a quote from them and bought insurance through the phone a couple of weeks later. No complaints here. more

Happy to be working with State Farm 5/11/2011

We recently bought a new home and homeowners insurance was required. We went to allstate, farmers, and state farm. State farm ended up being the cheapest, and the staff actually helped us insure the right value of our home. We are happy to be working with these guys. more

Pleased With State Farm Insurance 4/27/2011

I started shopping around for auto quotes because I went through a bad claim process with geico?This office is on El Camino, just a few blocks from my apartment. It was nice to see that their actual staff will take care of all questions (including claims) and they were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! more
