Poor Customer Service 7/7/2010

I called to ask if they had a special kind of wire. I was told yes. I left work early and went to get the wire only to be told by an associate that I needed a different kind of wire. I said no, my electrician asked for this specific wire. I was then told they did not carry that specific wire even though they had said so over the phone. I asked if they could order it and was told in a rude manner, ""not unless you are ordering 1,000 feet."" I will not be doing business with this company. Pros: Local Cons: Arrogant, Misleading more

Great showroom 1/7/2009

Ligon has a great showroom and the people are really nice to work with! I think their prices are a little high but it's a great place to shop if you are needing a light for a special area (i.e. foyer, etc) more

    KITTING
    State Electric provides kitting services that will save your company time and money. We will assist in the coordination of material flow projects which may require staggered and/or separated deliveries,as well as servicing multiple delivery points.
    Our kitting service consists of developing a kit based on assembly bill of materials as well as stable pricing and part numbers for your entire kit. We will also work with a manufacturing team to design kit packaging and layout with the ability to replenish your kits on a shelf based average or forecasted usage.
