The staff is not very friendly or helpful. I do like shopping there, but the customer service is terrible! I think I will start shopping at the other beauty supply store from now ...

State has a great staff that are willing and able to help if you need them, They are friendly when you walk in and are very knowledgeable on the products. I have seen on occasion, (as i am in there weekly) what were supposed to be professional stylists, act as if the staff were beneath them and therefore treat the staff poorly. Your experience is what you make it! more

state beauty supply has a problem with their customer service policies. Not very friendly. Many products are no longer available at this store. more

State Beauty Supply is bad customer service! 8/31/2009

The staff is not very friendly or helpful. I do like shopping there, but the customer service is terrible! I think I will start shopping at the other beauty supply store from now on. Considering the fact that I am in customer service and have many clients that I would not treat the way I have been treated at this establishment. more

great place to buy product.. only place... doesn't have good service... 11/11/2005

On saturdays you will sometimes have the girls who go to cosmetology school working. Often chit-chatting about the weekend plans and not helping customes if they have a question to find something... State also does not offer KMS and some other major beauty lines. Though the only place in st. peters for professionals to buy beauty products it will work for us. PROS: only place in St. charles county for professionals CONS: service somestimes is bad more
