I had an older computer that I needed files off of and they were able to transfer them over to my Vista machine I had just purchased. Plus they were able to do it the same day!! The treated me with respect and took the time to explain to me exactly what they needed to do and what they could and couldn't save. I am not sure what happened with the person who wrote the review before this one but he must not have understood what they were doing or maybe he was mistaken because I am all thumbs up for this place!!!!! I had a simple task, I'd give them my old xp computer if they would transfer the data on it to my new vista. They told me to bring it in the morning and they'd have done by evening. I called that evening and they said they were having a problem, my new computer was blue screening on them and they'd need more time and might need the discs to do a reinstall. 1. I would think they'd have made a backup first just in case. 2. They used a transfer system not compatible with vista. 3. They had to do a complete reinstall of my vista system. 4. I'm left starting from less than scratch as the only icons on the desktop were the recycle bin and their transfer folder. 5. The only thing they managed to transfer were the sample music and pictures that came with the xp when it was new, they transfered nothing of mine. These guys are bungling dolts. Run from them like your life depends on it. I'm gonna take the loss as I don't want them anywhere near my computer ever again. Cons: run for your life more
