If you want a relaxing evening at a nice low cost then a night at the drive in is perfect. The screen is recently rebuilt after a fire so it is brand new and wonderful. There aren't any speakers on the posts so you need to listen in your car, but there isn't really a bad parking spot on the lot. The little food store has all your movie needs from drinks to burgers and popcorn. They even welcome dogs as long as you clean up after them. more

A taste of nostalgia 9/13/2005

The Starlite truly is one of the last of it's kind. It has recently reopened after last years fire. The movie screen is new. If you plan to go, get there early! There is usually a line of people waiting to get in. It's the perfect way to spend a summer evening, under the stars watching a movie. I love the old time atmosphere. They do have a concession stand which sells the typical movie fare (popcorn, soda, candy, etc..) more
