This dealership service department rips off people. If you don?t know much about cars and don?t mind spending $200 plus dollars on a regular visit, you better watch out! My wife went in by herself (big mistake!) for an alignment because she had one of those famous coupons dealerships use to lure customers. Once they got it in the garage; like it always happens they ?found? something else wrong. So they couldn?t align the car until this was fixed (in this case the tie rod end). That meant that the $55 alignment special just turn itself into a $200+ job because of the high dealership labor costs. Yeah, just for changing a TIE ROD END. I understand that it couldn?t be align without the tie rod end being fixed first but, you at that point have no other choice. Either way you have to pay the full amount fix it or not. You may say: why? Remember they already hooked it up to the machine. So, you just fell for the trick of the coupon. Every single other place would have done the same job for much less, but you decided to trust the dealership. Hey, I am not saying go to a cheap place to work your car. But, it?s a tie rod end. It?s not like rebuilding an engine. So you say why not fixed the tie rod en somewhere else, and bring it back for them to complete their job! (That sounds fair, since it?s not like they fixed anything, WRONG!!!!). Off course they would be more than glad to do their job again. It?s just another $55 dollar charge, if you have another coupon!!!!
Pros: COUPONS!
Cons: THEY TRICK YOU WITH THE SAME COUPONS THEY LURED YOU.
