Dr. Goldman,
I'm guessing I'll be getting to know you and your staff quite well over the next several months! But I wanted to go ahead and say ""thank you"" now. And I'll probably be thanking you over and over again. I can't tell you how much your kindness and the kindness of your staff means to me. My biggest ""fear"" about going to the dentist really wasn't the procedures, etc. My biggest fear was the embarrassment that I felt (and feel) about the condition of my teeth. There's no excuse for how I've let myself get this way. But you and your staff have been nothing but kind and caring. Not judgmental at all. I feel so comfortable when I come in there. In the past, I would be up the night before completely anxious about a visit to the dentist office. I have not had that with either of my visits. And I know I will not on any future visits. I appreciate so much everyone's kindness.
I still can't believe I'm going to have a pretty smile. I'll be doing the happy dance when that day comes.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
