My two year old Kenmore upright was wheezing and not picking up, so I took it back to the Sears store from which I had bought it. They said that for $30 they would send it back to the repair center in Seattle, and once it got there Seattle would call me and tell me how much it was going to cost to fix it. They didn't know how long it would take. Weeks, maybe.\r

So I Googled for vacuum repair and found Stark's. I took it in, the guys there ran the vacuum for a moment, and told me it sounded like there was blockage in teh hose. They sucked out the blockage, ran it again, and said there must be blockage at the other end of my hose. They cleaned out the other end of the hose, and five minutes after I had walked in the door I walked out again with a vacuum that worked perfectly, and they didn't charge me a penny. I will absolutely go back to them for my next vacuum or any repairs, and I am recommending them to all my friends. Great guys!
