Okay, I generally am frequent at this (50 Court St) starbucks until today. I wanted to share some feedback for those considering going to this store of so they are aware and well prepared what a terrible supervisor this store has with ZERO customer service skills.
I was in today for a coffee and after having my coffee I gave my gold card to the representive you served me coffee initially asking her for a Refill. The supervisor Eva god knows who the heck she thinks she is jumps in asking me ""Where is your cup"" without the cup we cannot refill that is the policy. I explained to her that I just discard my cup in trash thinking it not good to hand a used cup for refill and in my years with Starbucks most of the customer service representatives have always recommended no need to present the cup as its their policy not to reuse the cup and we can determine the last transaction from your starbucks gold card.
Eva, wasn't willing to listen to the customer feedback and pain she was trying to prove that she is absolutely right and had no apologies. She infact was arguing over a refill of coffee with a regular customer. How Silly she could be and who made her the supervisor I don't know. She need to go for some customer skills training (Starbucks Please check customer feedback before you promote someone as supervisor) or she should go work for a coffee track if that's how she wants to treat her customers.
I have noticed Eva to always be arrogant but thought she would improve one day but I didn't see any improvement on my visits so thought it time to provide feedback online and to corporate.
Customers should look for a better starbucks nearby. I am already looking to change my preferred starbucks in brooklyn heights.
