I had a disadvantage of having been given three $10 Starbucks gift cards for my birthday. Generally, I am a big fan of Starbucks and always go to the Acton, Mass store where the staff is friendly and everyone is pleasant even if the place is busy. I had to stop by the Westford store by chance the other day. It was kind of busy, and all I had asked was to consolidate my three $10 giftcards into one. This wasn't done, and all my cards were rudely shoved into my face, so I left quite upset. Will not go there again.
