I have been a customer with this store for at least four years and have never had any problems. They have great service and A+ employees. more

I will start of with this Starbucks on 204 S Royal Oaks Blvd discussing the management here. The store manager whom I will only mention the first name of: ""Jerrol"" has by far the worst managerial skill's of any store operator I have seen. ""Mopping"" the counter tops that your coffee is made on, yes I said mopping, as in with a mop, and providing you with service so slow that you might as well say ""Forget it"" and go to Maximo Joe's down the street because you'll be on your way quicker than if you waited for this store to give you what you paid for is just the start of it. The drive-thru line is absolutely horrible. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the morning and longer in the evening. All I can say is: Turn your car off if you are going to go through this drive-thru. The Barista's are kind yet they have no structure or sense of guidance here, as if everyone is running around in circles. Save yourself a huge wait/headache and just go to another coffee shop, seriously. Pros: Friendly Barista's Cons: Slowest store, worst management more
