Horrible Service and very rude management at this location!!\r

This is the worst Starbucks in Queens. I was in Starbucks on 8/15/12 (a regular customer) doing some work (not alone) when I was confronted by a certain female manager. She seemed very upset and angered because I happened to have (an empty) cup of DD's on my table which I forgot to throw away when I came into Starbucks.\r
\r
Instead of asking me or talking to me by the side asking me if I am a customer, she was very confrontational with me in front of a group of people all because of the cup of coffee of DD's which was on my table. She stated: are you a customer or plan on buying something because is reserved for customers only."" Her tone and her actions were and actions were to confront, embarrass and make a public point. I responded to her that I was buying something and that I was going to buy something from Starbucks. The Manager at this Starbucks is one of the most unprofessional persons you can ever meet. No people skills, argumentative and always trying to justify her actions by involving other people to see her point. What she didn't realize I happened to be next to someone who witnessed and will attest to what occurred on that day. \r

I went to her privately and told her that all she needed was to talk to me or any customer to the side instead of making a scene and being so confrontational. I asked for her superior’s information and she refused to give me telephone #. I was able to get an email address and finally was able to get phone # from another Starbucks.\r
\r
Her approach being very public and confrontational caused me to ask for the name of the District Sales Manager. She became even more defensive, confrontational and rude refusing to give me the full information. She finally gave me an email address and a name and no other information. The place is always dirty and the line to get things is always long, this was the icing on the cake. Whatever happened to being polite, and the customer being always right? \r

Don't go to this Starbucks unless you want rudeness, confrontation and lack of customer service. I pay too much money into Starbucks to receive this kind of treatment; no one should be treated in this fashion. Opt out and walk to its sister store on 71 st and Continental or Queens Blvd. They are polite, professional and have faster service.\r

Looks like I will stop coming to this location. \r

I am a very dissatisfied Customer with the Starbucks on Austin Street. You are better off going to The Start bucks on 71st and Continental or Queens Blvd than the one on Austin St next to Barnes and Nobles. Based on other posts on-line it is clear that this is a horrible Starbucks to get a cup of coffee. \r
