Starbright Early Learning Ctr

Our child is not yet old enough to attend this wonderful school, but rest assured when she is we will be enrolling her as soon as possible. Several of my friends have their children in Starbright and they just rave over them! They have a stimulating lesson plan and the best teachers in Alaska. All of the kids are in love with the idea of going to school and enjoy their learning experience and that's the most important thing! more

Our daughter was enrolled in Starbright for a year before she began kindergarden and she cried for days when it was time to leave. The teachers are amazing and everyone who works here is very child oriented. Teaching the little ones is their passion, not just a job and that is so refreshing. Our daughters letters and numbers skills and her vocabulary went completely over the top while enrolled. She really loved all of the children and teachers and was treated very well and challenged academically as well. They have a great schedule for days and promote happy healthy children. more

This school is one of the only centers in Anchorage that is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. I love the family atmosphere I receive from the entire staff. We have mothers day parties, Christmas parties, graduation parties and many more activities. The kindergarteners get to go to the park twice a week and go to the pool every Friday. They also offer before and after school programs for working families as well as longer operating hours; 6:30am-6:30pm. The school is a little pricier than some schools (about 100 dollars more) but you definitely get what you pay for.
