This doctor's office is filthy! Overcrowded! With LOOOOOOOONG waits even WITH an appointment. If you're lucky you'll see the doctor in an hour for like 10 minutes! They don't care about the patient AT ALL and just about making a buck. In addition the employees of the doctor are very rude to the patient and don't have an understanding of the situation. Patients come to the doctor because of certain situations and having employees that don't comprehend proper procedure or common customer service then the whole office will be useless and that's exactly the situation. They are rude and inpatient and I called them 3x trying to set up an appointment and I never received even a call back. When I confronted them about this nobody had an explanation or even an apology! They make you take a number like you're at the DPS or something and treat you like cows... crowding you into a small space with dirty chairs and making you wait long stretches of time to see the doctor. They even have a standard pre-written letter on hand that they give to clients they make upset letting them know that 'they no longer can provide you with their services'. I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy. Pros: absolutely nothing Cons: dirty, loooong wait, no manners what so ever, very unprofessional. more

Dr. Starbranch and her staff genuinely care about the patient and his/her conditions/concerns/needs/issues. Pros: wonderful overall calming effect which is disbused in her presence. This causes one to easily break though ones on barriers and move toward relief/cure et cetera Cons: time in the waiting room leaves a lit to be desired, but is totally offset by Dr. Starbranch's excellent mode/treatment plans which excedes the patients requiements. more

Dr. Starbranch has found a fantastic combination of medicines to treat my teenager. She has not only diagnosed him and given us more understanding, but has taken excellent care of him. She has reacted quickly and with care in emergency situations. She has referred us for counseling with someone she knows and trusts. We have been through psychiatrists and this is the best. We have no plans to change. Pros: great staff, one on one care, attentive Cons: long wait in waiting more
