I have gotten Married in May of 2007 & I had James Bruno take pictures of my wedding.. I had my husband & I paid 400.00 Deposit & Then had to pay 399.00 when my big day was there....

My Memorys Taken Away 3/22/2010

I have gotten Married in May of 2007 & I had James Bruno take pictures of my wedding.. I had my husband & I paid 400.00 Deposit & Then had to pay 399.00 when my big day was there.. & I was Promised to get 4 hour Photography, 2 each of the 10x13, 12 each of 8x10m, 24 Each of 5x7, 16 Each of Thank You Wallets, All The Proofs that are 3 1/2 x5 & Cd-Rom (digital album w/ Music) & I was suposed to get a COPYRIGHT.. All I got was Cd-Rom & My Proofs.. I didnt get anything else.. My Son was 3 yrs old & he was the RING BEAR & my daughter was 7 months old & she was the Flower Girl.. My Kids pictures were so Awsome & could not wait for them to be blown up.. Well Now Everything has been taken away from us.. I had drove down to the office 3 months after I got married to Have my pics done & the office was closed down & the paper on the door to call. I called & all i kept getting was his voicemail.. Then He picked up & told me to E-mail him & he'll let me know when there ready.. I e-mailed & emailed & no answer back.. I called & Phone was turned off.. So all I have id my proofs & my cd & now .. Now I need to find someone who wont dick me around & help me with my pics.. more

Went out of business without fulfilling contract. 9/11/2008

Perhaps we were silly to trust an independently owned company with our wedding memories, but I'm one who likes to support her community. James Bruno seemed like a very nice man and he was very nice to work with while photographing my wedding. However, when it came time to get our wedding albums, which were pre-paid for, we found his number disconnected and his business belly-up. We also found several other reviews with identical accounts. We are without our money and without our promised 3 albums. We are sad and appalled, but thankful to at least have the CDs of photos that we paid a lot extra for, so our wedding albums can be reproduced by someone else. I feel for the brides who lost their wedding memories. You should be ashamed, James Bruno. more

Did not fulfill contract, never delivered our 3 wedding photo albums or wedding photograph 6/17/2008

This business has gone bottom up and we arrived at their location to get our photo albums and portrait from our wedding to find the building empty with a piece of paper taped to the window saying ""call this number"" but they never answered the phone and then the phone was disconnected. We have already paid this theif James Bruno our money for these items and he never delivered. What happened to the other trusting consumers coming in and out of your place of business? Did you take their money and run with it too? Did you deliver what you promised or did you leave them in a lurch like you did us? How could you ruin your reputation by just leaving your entire business behind and not make things right for the people who trusted you?? more
