I think it is interesting that other reviewers are complaining about paying "high" prices for the quality products at Star. If you want a bargain, go to Kmart. It's worth paying a bit more for a pan that won't begin to disintigrate after a few uses, and the prices at Star are certainly not inflated. The reason this establishment has "open to the public" on their sign is because many stores that sell restaurant-quality stoves, fry machines, etc sell only to other businesses. Not so with Star -- you will get the same personal, personable attention whether you need to buy a knife for your home kitchen or an expensive range for your restaurant. The most fun area for the regular-guy is the gadget shelf (ever wondered how they make those radish roses? Now you can do it at home!)
