During the past weeks I have had the good fortune to have been assisted in a major audio/video installation in my home by your field technician Mr. Gerry Baginski. Through out this process, Mr. Baginski was especially attuned to the details of rearranging my equipment so as to achieve maximal performance and to resolving a number of technically challenging operational problems unique to my system. At all times, Mr. Baginski conducted himself in an exemplary professional manor with regard to demeanor and skillfulness in the execution of the required on site work. As such, I believe Mr Baginski deserves special recognition for this superb effort. Rest assured that your company's reputation and business interests were well served by having Mr. Baginski as your representative. I have previously commended Mr. D.C. Sparks for his design assistance and personalized supervision of this project in its initial stages and wish, now, to reaffirm my appreciation for his contribution through out the final stages of this endeavor as well. more

We had great service from Starpower on Christmas Eve. I was very excited to hook up my new Xbox 360 to my new Starpower room, and when I started, I realized I did not know exactly how to do it. George, an associate at Starpower, took my call and walked me through it with research and options. He was patient and extremely skilled in providing direction regarding the technology. Great result during a busy time for everyone, and the family entertainment was saved! I will definitely be back! more

David, this morning Paul and Dale came to our home on a STARGUARD warranty call on one of our two large screen DG TV’s that we purchased from STARPOWER. They were neat, polite and certainly knowledgeable about what they were doing. It was a pleasure to meet them and they are a real asset to STARPOWER. In these days when outstanding customer service and outstanding customer relations seems to be forgotten it is so refreshing to experience what I did this morning. more

Hi Brad We have enjoyed our new Samsung 3D TV and blue ray very much. Pandora has been awesome. After installation on Thursday we had neighbors over to see the 3D and watch the World Cup finals. They were very impressed. more

I very seldom write a letter like this, but I wish to share with you that one of your employees, Mr. Maurice W., provided outstanding service. He was not only helpful and courteous, but spent the time to each us about the equipment we purchased from your company. So far we have purchased three flat panel TVs and will purchase another along with ancillary equipment such as a CD player, jukebox, etc. As a consumer who spends a great deal of time with a service economy and very seldom gets service, it was a really pleasure coming in contact with Mr. Wade.
