Starr Orthodontics is always efficient and friendly. My teenage son has braces and my younger son will eventually get them. They work with us on scheduling and do a good job of explaining what needs to be done. Highly recommend them. more

Dr. Starr and his entire staff make you feel comfortable from the minute you arrive for your first appointment to your last! As a mother of 3 boys, one who just finished with braces, one who is just beginning next monday and the youngest will follow soon, it is comforting to know they are in extremely compitent hands. Also as a mother of three I am extremely busy with everyones schedule this is where Dr. Starr's office will consistantly rise above any other Dr's. office I have ever been to. They are always on time!! I really don't know how they do it. The office could be packed with people and you will be called back at your appointment time. I have been experiencing this for the past 4 years. The entire office works hard to earn each one of these 5 stars!! more

My first experience with an orthodontist was not nearly as pleasant as my visit with Dr. Starr. Dr. Starr and staff were extremely friendly, informative, helpful and frankly the best customer service I've experienced in a while from anyone. I made my second and third appointments at my consultation. If my son (2.5) ever needs ortho work, I can only hope Dr. Starr will be around for him too!! more

Dr. Star and his staff have always gone out of their way to make our visits quick and smooth. One of our daughters has a strong fear of dentists/orthodontist and he and his staff have always done all they could do to make her comfortable...including working her treatment plan around her personality. I was dreading the finacial and time commitment. There was talk of having to break my child's jaw, how scary. Our experience has been anything but scary. Drs Starr and Dickens were able to perform the corrections by using just bands. The artistry performed on my childs smile is incredible. I have been extremely impressed with personal touch. During the last two years, there was only one appointment that was past the appointed time. We have always been greeted with smiles! more

dr. starr's office is a wonderful place to bring your children. everyone is extremely nice and sweet. it's a "cool" office for kids especially with the movies playing and video games, and coffe and cookies for everyone. they even have an Ipad for you to use while you are waiting during long appt.'s. i highly reccomend them. i've had 2 children go there and i don't have one single complaint. more
