Made an online purchase for drip irrigation tables that they said would completely dissolve in water but after running the system for 1hr most of the tablet was still in there so I had to flush the system. Out of 4 emails and 1 call I got 1 email reply. Would not recommend. more

Nice and Knowledgeable staff 3/18/2010

I went in with about 50 questions about replacing a sprinkler system in my back yard. The young man, His name escapes me, didn't laugh at any of the questions but listened intently and gave sound advice on what i should do and how i should go about doing in within my budget. Then he helped me to choose the best plants and ground cover to suite my needs. my yard is now beautiful and healthy. Pros: Staffing is great and the selection is good and healthy Cons: there are way too many day laborers just off the property more

Slow Checkout 4/30/2008

Too slow at checkout. With only two cashiers open, one with a problem waiting for a price check, now you only have one cashier who handles contractors only, so now we are down to no cashier. What are all the employees doing that they are too busy to take customers money? There were a lot of employees standing around and not just carry out help.
