This studio has probably the most friendly and helpful people I've ever come across with any sort of business that deals with customer service. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it's a family owned business and they actually treat people like people and not just a client. The store has bright colors that attract you inside with walls and walls of pictures to look at. I loved the outcome of my photos, it couldn't have been better. I'll definitely take a trip back to the University Mall just to visit the store to take more pictures. What a great find! Pros: customer service, quality Cons: none! more

i took pictures of me and my kids about a week ago at this studio and was pleased with the outcome. i love how they have a lot of backgrounds and the packages are really cheap. i had like 12 poses to pick from with the package that i bought and ended up buying extra stuff because i loved every shot. the photographer was very professional and she really knew what she was doing. i got my pictures back in about an hour and a half, so the turn around time is good too. I was surprised to come across this studio and to find the quality of the work just as great as the service and the price. Contrary to other negative reviews, I found not one single negative thing to say about the studio. The service was prompt, being greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed any help. I had all the packages explained to me so that I could choose one that fit my needs best. Compared to other studios around Tampa, the prices were quite reasonable, if not almost half the amount that other studios are charging. The greatest part is that their service is so quick! The time and the price being quick and cheap does not skimp on the quality either. They did free retouching on all my photos to make my skin look flawless! I got my pictures back within an hour since I stepped foot inside the store. The posing was great and I was comfortable with everything they were doing. Overall, I had a good experience. Our pictures came back out of focus, dark, dreary and the posing was horrible. They spend no time what so ever in actually posing a person correctly, nor do they actually do any lighting adjustments on the images. All of the prints we ordered were so dark, you couldn't tell my husbands pants from the background. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
