Not sure what makes it basque food, must be under new ownership, or been up graded recently because it was very fresh. Nice staff, if in Elko you sould try it at least once, and check out, as in drive by the 3 brothels down the street. A real slice of Americana. Pros: unreal portions, great service, unique Cons: kinda bland more
