The old Star would serve you what you wanted. With the new owners, you can't just get a sandwich, you have to order a complete meal.

good food 11/3/2005

This is one of those old time cafes. They are small and old, but they have knowledge in the food business and it shows in the food that they serve. The food is delicious. They diner is small, but has a warm atmosphere. The staff and waitresses are friendly. The place is normal for this type of restaurant as far as cleanliness. It is not dirty, but not immaculate. The menu offers a moderate variety. more
