Went to Star Bright Dental for a crown on tooth 30. First visit I was asked to sign a blank treatment sheet and to hand over my credit card before a bill was presented on April 11 2011. I ended up having a root canal on tooth 29 charged for post and core on teeth 29 and 30 but was not done. Two poor crowns were made by Apex lab that were flat and did not fit my mouth. I was charged extra for high noble on tooth 29 and gold to base mental on tooth 30 but was not done. Sent crowns back to Apex lab on June 20 and July 8 I went to Apex lab to look at the same two crowns I rejected. Three months have gone by since I started with Star Bright Dental and I have two irritating temp crowns on teeth 29 and 30. Now I'm going to small claims court to get my money back because Dr Nugyen refuses to take poor crowns back and refund my money more

I was at Star Bright Dental for my veneers. I have gone to many other dentists before but was not happy. Dr. Tu-Uyen Nguyen at Star Bright Dental gave me an estimate and I decided to have my veneers done in her office. She was very professional, very gentle and caring. The veneers turn out to be very beautiful. My husband really like them. Now I smile in confident. The office was very clean and beautiful. I really like how they greet and treat the patients. It was one of the most beautiful I 've ever seen. I gave the office 5 stars for being very professional and for the doctor's good work. more
