Friendly Service Consultant greeted me when I drove in, listened as I explained a problem with the brake light coming on all the time. Had previously taken car to the dealer and they really weren't interested in fixing the problem - told me to come back if it got worse. Star Auto found the problem right away - brake fluid was a little low. The car was also in for an oil change and they showed me that the air filter was pretty dirty, so I had them change that as well. The customer lounge offered cookies and coffee, internet - I certainly didn't mind waiting for the work to be done. Very positive experience. more

This is the best place I have ever taken my care for service. 4/19/2011

I've been taking my vehicle to Star Auto for the past seven years. First it was my Blazer. They kept it running for me to 170,000 miles when I traded it in for my Sonata. Since then, they have continued their excellent care of my new vehicle. I put about 20,000 miles a year on my car. When I go in for oil change service they check everything. On my last visit they found a nail in a tire and got it fixed promptly. Finding little things and fixing them before they become a problem is what they do so well. I won't even mention the great, clean, comfortable waiting room; fresh-made cookies, free coffee/tea, etc. My experience for the last seven years has been consistently wonderful. more

Just Fantastic 4/18/2011

Since Finding Star i coulnt have better have a better trust in them for all my car repair needs and not just at home locally on several road trips they have been most helpful in getting repair issues solved at teh best price and by persons as reliable as they are i will continue to promote and use Star Auto more

Star Auto provides terrific service and always informs us of issue with our cars in details. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities (free wifi in the waiting area, free loaner cars) are great. more

Another Great Service Experience 4/11/2011

I have never had anything but good fortune in dealing with Mike and his staff. This time I did not have an appointment and needed to have the car serviced quickly in order to let my daughter have the vehicle for a "road" trip. Star got me in that morning and had a loaner and cup of coffee waiting for me. As always great service, honest explanations, and good value. more

Even thought I just brought it in for an oil change, I know that the car is completely looked over when I bring it in and any regular maintanence (I would probably forget to get done) is recommended more

I've been choosing Star as my auto service provider since November 2009 and have been absolutely thrilled with the high level of service I've received. I recommend Star because I know I can trust their expertise and beyond that, their very friendly & professional staff. The free car wash with every service doesn't hurt either ;) more

Star Auto always does a great job servicing my vehicle. 3/18/2011

I have been going to Star Auto (formerly C&M) since I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2003. They have always done a great job servicing my car, and I appreciate the extra care they take in checking out all facets of the vehicle. Because of their care, I will hopefully have my Highlander for another 7 years. more
