Star Army & Navy

Not pleased with this business. We paid for expensive team wear and several items were not monogrammed. It turned in to a pick hassle. Star Army & Navy is rude and should be avoided more

Rude, extremely poor customer service. They don't know how to run a business. Aparently, they don't care about their customers and they don't care if they lose accounts. I wonder, if all they care about is the almighty dollar? What a shame!!!!! more

I have visted this store several times. The customer service is great but the customer service is awful. I had ordered a sweater that took over 5months to get it. By the time I recieved it it summer time and I could not get a refund. I spoke directly to the manager and he said no refund. I will never shop here again. more

I ordered T-Shirts to advertise my company last year. Upon receiving my T-Shirts, 3 out of the 25 I ordered were misprinted. After calling the store and receiving no response back, I went to the store to speak to the owner and was greeted with a defensive attitude. He told me to bring the shirts back to him and he would replace them but the new shirts would not be ready until his family got back from vacation. Later last year I decided that I would like to order sweatshirts to give out at events for the up coming fall and winter seasons. So I paid for and ordered my sweatshirts, After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I went back to the store and as soon as I walked in the owner screamed from the back of the store: ""They are not ready, I haven't even started them yet!"" Needless to say I was upset and asked for a FULL refund. I received my refund but I will never do business with them again. They are over priced nasty and really don't care about their customers at all. more

My daughter has been a student at St. Paul School in wilmington since she started pre-school. She is entering 6th grade this year and every year I have visted the Start Army Navy store for uniform. I know I can wait until they come to the school and take the order, but the customer service that I get in the store it truly wonderful. It may be a small establishment but the service is worth the trip! That whole team is kind and courteous..... Give new meaning to full service. more
