Staples Rocks 7/28/2006

This is a particularly good store to visit, even though the check-out line was a bit long. The staff here are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I stopped in to exchange and item (and get the one that had a full-price rebate), and the folks here went out of their way to figure out why the system wasn't kicking out the rebate for me. I watched salespersons with other customers and they were just great, too. If you need a few items at a Staples, this is a good one to visit. more

I had to look for help, but they were helpful! 7/20/2006

I had a lot to look for on my recent trip to the Staples by Arundel Mills. When I needed to ask someone about a printer/fax/copying machine, I had to go look for someone after waiting by the machines for several minutes. When I found someone, that person had to go get a more knowledgeable sales person. He came quickly, and talked to me about everything I needed to know and more. Then, when I needed help in another section, I again had to go looking. This time I found another associate who did not know the answers to my questions, but he went to ask another associate more than once to help make sure he guided me in the right direction. So, even though I had to search out my help, they at least seemed interested in helping me to the fullest. In terms of products, I have found a lot of the business and shipping supplies cheaper online. more
