I went to Staples today to pickup an order I made about five weeks ago. This is my third time returning. The first time they lost the order, the second time they could not find it so we had to reissue a new order. Today I am working with the same person but he claims that he does not remember placing the order or receiving it. \r
The whole experience is discouraging. I don't think it is the employees fault. They seem confuse which leads me to believe that they have poor training. As to organization, there does not seem to be one at the copy/print center of Staples. Each time I returned, the employees would pull every box and drawer looking for some paperwork or order form or the actual order itself. The company needs to focus on better training and cultivate organization skills of their employees if they wish to retain their customers.
