Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaning

2 guys (Brandon & Bryant) showed up today to shampoo a few rooms of carpet in my home . I scheduled or 4 rooms to be cleaned and once they got there asked what the price would e a a very tine hll that connects the bedrooms, I was told that the charge for that extremely small piece of carpet would be $21.00 I was upset aout this because EVERY other carpet cleaning service that I've used in the past 12 years have never charged an additional charge for this small piece of carpet. Secondly I have smal pieces of rugs (as runners) in front of my family room sectional and leading into laundry room, the technicians didn't shampoo the pieces but instead put them on top of my sectional. (who places dirty carpet pieces on furniture) Not to mention this carpet is so wet that it may take at least a day to dry. I was nly going to try Stanley Steemer out to see if I wanted to leave my more affordable and more accommodating carpet cleaning company. Can't say that I will be able to give a good review to ay one about the service I just had. I will post this same review on YELP, Faebook and Google. A not so happy customer. more

I had my carpet cleaned today by Stanley Steemer! I just scheduled the appointment online and waited for someone to call me. My ""window"" was between 11-2pm. A rep called me to confirm at 11:30am and 2 young men showed up at 12noon. They were professional and listened to my needs about the special areas that needed some attention. It took about an hour and after I inspected the area- I was IMPRESSED! As a home day care provider- that carpet really takes a BEATING- but thanks to Stanley Steemer- it looks almost brand new again! more

I had my tile and grout cleaned by Stanley Steemer. I had been doing it myself for a while but just don't have the time anymore. They did a great job and applied a sealant to make sure any spills do not soak into the grout quickly. more

My child?s allergies were getting pretty bad. It wasn?t the normal time of year where she has problems, so we went to the doctor. He said there could be extra dust or mold in the house that could be irritating her. We called Stanley Steemer to come take a look at our air ducts the next day. Since they came to clean them, my daughter?s allergy symptoms have almost disappeared. Thank you so much SS. more
