HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE 8/8/2009

WOW, can it be any worse? I guess if they lit the house on fire it could have been. It starts out very pleasant. Nice girl on the phone; very helpful. She takes down the order, tries to upsell a bit, you say no thanks, and you think you are going to have a great experience. NO A CHANCE. Welcome to the BAIT AND SWITCH. I said no tile. Efficient Carpet Cleaners... 7/31/2005

We have used Stanley Steamers for our carpet cleaners for several residences. They are customer oriented and do a great job on the carpets. Their employees are professional and well trained. They even got stubborn spots out of the carpet in our dining room. We are repeat customers and enjoy doing business with them. more
