I had a living area and stairs done. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. They were on site during the time period they had promised. I got a heads-up call about 20 minutes before they arrived. The crew I had (headed by Tim C) were not the high pressure type trying to sell the entire time they were there. They were respectful and efficient. ASK FOR THIS CREW. more

My carpets looked like new! 3/25/2011

Arrived within scheduled appointment time. Best of all, my family room rug looks brand new. I highly recommend them. more
