I almost gave it four stars for sometimes being noisy and abnoxious, but who can blame a place for being good enough to get so many customers. The staff is great the food is delicious. When there aren't so many people, which is most of the time, the atmosphere is fun and genuine. I always enjoy eating there. The lamb pita with garlic fries is my favorite! more

I really like businesses that show community support as well as those that seem to genuinely care about some of the causes I am most passionate about (like ending poverty) and I am glad to say that Standing Stone has a very good reputation of stepping up. Many times I see their extra food at our local food bank, rather than just being tossed out. Five stars to them for that! I've met one of the owners and she was very nice. They let my daughters kindergarten class tour the place and again that shows the level of generosity they extend to Ashland residents. I have not eaten here yet, mostly because of the brewery part of it-- we do not drink. I understand they make excellent pizza though and they are on my "try someday soon" list. So, go! Enjoy! more

This versatile place seems to accomodate all types of locals with equal success. Its many tables and relatively fleshed out menu attract parties of family looking people as well as couples and parties of singles making their way to the dance floor. The dance floor is kept seperate from the main eating and drinking room, which is spacious, high -cielinged, and well lit, almost with the vibe of a family restraunt. The stone-baked pizzas are fantastic. more
